Bright and fresh, this single maguey mezcal offers fruit-forward aromas of melon and apricot. A delicate balance of citrus and earthy flavors coat the palate followed by smoky undertones. The finish is clean with intense tropical fruits. 46.2 ABV. Known to many as the king agave.
JAMON IBERICO Sacrificial
The Jamón Ibérico expresses a citrus-forward nose of lime and grapefruit with a tropical aroma of banana. A viscous mouthfeel coats the palate with savory flavors, complemented by a slight floral note of hibiscus flower.
agave Tobasiche A subspecies of the Karwinskii Family of agave, the Tobasiche is a wild agave that needs 12 to 13 years. With an unconventional sweet nose this mezcal exerts traces of quince, anise, and strong minerality. This bouquet is complimented by rich herbaceous botanicals on the finish.
ESPADIN - BARRIL - MEXICANO
Three types of agave (Espadin, Barril, and Mexicano). 94% Proof. A slightly smoky, yet herbaceous undertone rests on the center of the palate, while citrus and floral notes from the Barril are introduced and strengthened by the warm viscose finish of the Mexicano. Light and easy sipping mezcal.
Españaola cerveza. A light malty aroma on the nose with a little spice drifting through slowly. The palate enjoys a smooth offering of darker malts, toasted flavours and creamy hops. A slight dryness near the end with a low carbonation. Gluten-free beer, brewed with barley malt.
